Photograph/videographer needed for capturing Hearts for Homes 19th Annual Heartbeat Testimonial Dinner, ‘It’s a Luau’! Hearts for Homes is a non-profit organization providing hope and dignity to low-income seniors in safe and comfortable homes.

**Please Note: This is a volunteer interest form, and not an application to volunteer. Please visit our website and fill out an application that applies to you. You can volunteer once you have completed your application and been approved.

Hearts for Homes is a Christian outreach providing hope and dignity through home rehabilitation and maintenance, affording low-income seniors, ages 60 and over, a safe, comfortable, and well-functioning home in which to age in place.

1. How can volunteers help our cause?

Volunteers are the lifeblood of Hearts for Homes, providing thousands of hours of direct, hands-on service to our seniors through our Home Repair Program or Case Management Program. If you feel called to be part of our programs and assist seniors in need in the Denton County community, please complete our online application.

3. What can volunteers do during a shift?

Hearts for Homes sponsors an Annual Heartbeat Testimonial Dinner yearly. This year’s theme will be, ‘It’s a Luau’! We are looking for a volunteer to capture this special event via photography or video.

We have other opportunities throughout the year for photographers to capture special events, such as ‘homecoming’ events for seniors upon completion of large projects (e.g., replacing a mobile home in less than 30 days). For more information, please call Shaun at 940-891-0947 or email.
