As the

Director of Sales & Marketing

with

Hilton Logan Boston Airport , you will oversee the hotel's commercial strategies to enhance performance by aligning strategy with business processes. Hilton’s Commercial Services team drives sales, revenue, marketing, catering, events, call centers, and analytics, forming the core of Hilton’s "commercial engine" essential for profitable growth. What will I be doing?

This role involves designing, developing, and deploying impactful business strategies for the Americas, leading the Hotel Sales and Marketing process, and advancing analytics and processes towards a predictive approach. Responsibilities include communicating commercial strategies, analyzing revenue performance, and facilitating the delivery of the Americas Commercial Operating Model. Strong leadership, communication, and networking skills are essential. Strategy:

Develop the hotel’s Annual Multi-Year Commercial Strategy Plan with on-property and regional support. Align hotel performance needs with Hilton enterprise solutions across key segments. Set strategy and oversee revenue streams including group rooms, banquets, catering, and transient business. Ensure pricing strategies maximize sales and market share, and support marketing activities including digital and social media. Review and validate revenue forecasts, optimize business mix, and develop strategies for demand periods. Collaborate with leadership to maximize profits in line with GOP and EBITDA targets. Manage departmental budgets and stay informed on market activities. Oversee the execution of the Sales Incentive Program. Leadership:

Lead regular Sales & Marketing optimization processes and translate outcomes into strategies. Communicate performance updates and ensure brand standards are maintained. Recruit, develop, and evaluate sales and marketing team members. Promote a culture aligned with Hilton’s DEI and ESG goals. Ownership, Customer, and Stakeholder Relations:

Own performance reporting and communicate strategies to partners and ownership groups. Build relationships with external partners and support team sales efforts. Qualifications:

Experience in hotel sales, catering, or marketing and leadership management. Ability to travel, with strong communication and analytical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Preferred qualifications include a four-year college degree, multilingual abilities, and experience across multiple hotel brands.
