, which includes Pre-Owned (CPO, Used, Courtesy Vehicles) and Corporate (Commercial, Fleet). The Role He / She will develop vision, strategy, business models, brand positioning, reporting, processes and procedures to ensure returning lease maturities are kept within the Audi dealer network to protect future residual values. He / She will develop new business opportunities in partnership with AFS, Region, Marketing, Communications and other key stakeholders which allow new revenue opportunities for our dealers. He / She will be responsible for margin quality, mutually agreed upon target achievement and maximizing proceeds of returning fleet. Will manage, lead and develop a high performance team of 9 full time, including 5 directs while also influencing/overseeing 5 additional contractors. Will manage administrative and operational budgets. Will travel 15-20%. Define and drive implementation of Audi’s Business Development strategy: 40% Develop vision, leadership, and strategy of non-retail vehicle sales. Establish a “Brand Position” with a clear go-to-market strategy that includes products / pricing / promotion / place. Own and lead strategy for Pre-Owned (CPO, Used, Courtesy Vehicle, Other Makes) and Corporate. End-to-end, non-retail sales responsibility including but not limited to: Margin quality, sales planning, target achievement, “off – lease” / out of service disposition, incentive planning, etc. Monitor, evaluate, and report on Business Development activities; Define counter measures to ensure goals are met: 40% Portfolio Management / incentive program coordination and support with AFS. Define performance metrics for all accountable areas: Pre-Owned, CPO, Courtesy Vehicle, Fleet. Define and pursue counter-measures to drive sales. Make resource allocation adjustments as needed. Partner with Regional VPs, Vendors, AFS, Dealers and other stakeholders to define and drive business metrics/goals. Department and Team Management: 20% Admin, Operational Budget management. Team leadership, people development; grow talent. Structure / vision / strategy / linking to corporate goals / individual target setting / feedback / career planning / training. Experience & Education Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or MBA preferred. 10-15 years of related experience in automobile (OEM) or consulting to Auto Industry and/or in Emerging Auto/Mobility Solution Providers:

pre-owned, cpo & remarketing expertise is key.

Additional experience in financial, retail new car sales, sales/business development (non-new car sales), network operations, dealer operations, ability and experience in managing complex budgets with zero variability. Prefer understanding of current mobility & car share services as well as future trends. GM/Director skills across: creating a vision and a proven track record of defining & implementing new strategies, leadership, management, collaboration, team building & development, building and inspiring trust, performance in delivering consistent results. People & Organizational Leadership: Strong influential skills through collaboration and trust, change leadership, ability to build and develop teams. Other: sharp analytical and people skills, creative problem solver with strategic thinking and exceptional business acumen. Ability to travel domestically.
