Editorial Assistant.
We are searching for a talented editorial staffer to help seize growth opportunities with the Financial Publications Group.
The right person for this job will have a chance to use an array of skills that will create opportunities for professional growth in the editorial and investment fields as we launch new products and services to aid investors.
Responsibilities
Editing, writing and tracking the performance of our experts' investment recommendations with Excel spreadsheets. Performing important web-related tasks such as posting time-sensitive stock market trading alerts, investment newsletters, free e-letters and other content. Taking on additional responsibilities as skills are demonstrated.
Qualifications
Detail-oriented editing, copyediting, proofreading and writing skills that will be honed further by working with a seasoned editorial leader and talented team members. Ability to work quickly and accurately to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Offer a strong interest in the stock market, options trading and familiarity with financial terms, as well as a high level of competence with numbers. Possess a desire to help people with their investments and to provide compelling content for them. Bring a working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, particularly Word and Excel. Prior experience at a financial newsletter company is not required but is a huge plus.
