Our client is known for delivering high impact branding, exceptional event experiences and meaningful connections across industries.

We're seeking a Full Time Graphic Designer to join our in-house creative team. This role is ideal for a versatile designer with at least five years of experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about creating visual content that brings brands and events to life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and produce a wide range of marketing materials across print, digital, large format, web and social media platforms.
  • Support branding and visual execution across all event properties.
  • Develop event signage, sponsorship collateral, presentation decks, email graphics and social media content.
  • Work cross functionally with marketing, sales and events teams to ensure brand consistency and high-quality design.
  • Manage multiple design projects from concept to completion under tight deadlines.
  • Collaborate on creative strategy and contribute to brainstorming sessions for campaigns and activations.
  • Maintain and organize digital assets and templates.
  • Track project progress using project management tools such as Monday.com.

Requirements

  • Minimum five years of professional graphic design experience.
  • Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of work across print, large format, digital and social.
  • Familiarity with web design tools and social media best practices.
  • Experience working with project management software; Monday.com a plus.
  • Excellent time management, organizational and communication skills.
  • Must be a team player, comfortable receiving feedback and collaborating.
  • Available to work in office 4 days per week in Lakewood, NJ.
