Paid Media Strategist

Location: 800 Scudders Mill Rd, Plainsboro, NJ 08536

Duration: 1-Year Contract

Schedule: Hybrid - 3 days per week onsite

Pay: $78.15

Summary

Join a dynamic, fast-paced team in the Omnichannel Engagement department of a leading healthcare organization. As a Paid Media Strategist, you will play a critical role in developing and managing end-to-end media strategies across DTC (Direct to Consumer) and HCP (Healthcare Professional) channels. This role is ideal for someone passionate about digital marketing, data-driven decision-making, and executing innovative media campaigns in collaboration with cross-functional teams. You'll contribute to shaping patient and healthcare experiences through strategic engagement, optimization, and learning-based improvement.

Only Considering Candidates with the Following:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Information Technology, or related field (advanced degree preferred)
  • 8+ years of paid media marketing experience
  • Experience in multichannel paid marketing strategy and execution
  • Strong background in digital media planning, optimization, and analytics
  • Passion for media strategy in both DTC and HCP spaces
  • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize effectively and meet deadlines
  • Experience managing media agencies and vendors
  • Evidence of staying current and experimenting with emerging digital media trends

Job Duties

Strategic Media Planning

  • Collaborate with brand and therapeutic leads to develop paid media plans aligned with organizational goals
  • Work with internal stakeholders and media agencies to ensure execution and optimization of campaigns
  • Translate business objectives into actionable media plans and present for approval
  • Contribute to SEO/SEM strategy and media integration efforts
  • Identify emerging channel opportunities and present strategic POVs

Media Budget Management

  • Oversee and track media spend and ROI to ensure budget alignment
  • Optimize media investments for efficiency and performance
  • Support test-and-learn strategies and report campaign effectiveness

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Omnichannel Orchestration, Experience Ops, Brand teams, Procurement, CIandA, Legal, and Communications
  • Participate in regular planning and status meetings with internal and external teams

Leadership and Innovation

  • Contribute to broader channel strategy team initiatives
  • Support leadership in identifying operational improvements and innovation pilots
  • Leverage insights to drive forward-thinking campaigns and strategies
