Medical Essential Diagnostics provides fire, police and state employees with the proper healthcare. We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to perform a variety of administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be someone detail-oriented, a self-starter, and can handle multiple tasks in a timely manner. Someone who is organized, strong communication skills, and willing to grow within the company.

Responsibilities

• Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
• Communicates questions and facilities responses
• Help with ideas within the company to further grow
• Keep track of calls and results of those calls
• Ability to engage in conversation and create a mutual understanding
  
  

• Excellent verbal and handwritten communication skills
• Discretion and confidentiality
• Willing to work in a competitive environment
• Preferably an undergrad degree within Marketing, BADM, Finance
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills, creative and willing to work independently
