As we scale our presence and impact, we’re looking for a smart, driven, and culturally tuned-in Influencer Marketing, Partnerships & PR Lead to expand our reach through the voices people trust and the spaces where connection happens—online and in real life.

About the Role

You’ll own our creator, partnership, and earned media strategies—driving growth, visibility, and affinity across platforms and audiences. You’ll be a strategic relationship builder, savvy campaign manager, and press whisperer, equally at home DMing a micro-influencer or shaping an earned media hit. You’ll also lead select in-person brand events that bring the Becoming You experience to life.

This is a hands-on, high-responsibility role for someone who blends creative vision with operational precision—and knows how to make things happen.

Key Responsibilities

Influencer Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute a multi-platform influencer strategy across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and podcasts
  • Identify aligned creators and launch compelling, conversion-focused campaigns
  • Draft briefs, negotiate contracts, manage relationships, and track performance across all tiers of talent

Strategic Partnerships & Collaborations

  • Cultivate brand-aligned partnerships with mission-driven platforms, media brands, and content creators
  • Design co-marketing campaigns, bundles, and experiences that drive acquisition and engagement
  • Build long-term relationships that support brand equity and product growth
  • Lead our earned media strategy across digital publications, newsletters, podcasts, and industry press
  • Pitch and place stories about our products, people, and mission in outlets that reach key audiences
  • Maintain a network of media contacts and manage inbound press inquiries with professionalism and speed
  • Plan and produce small-scale events (panels, salons, community gatherings) that bring our brand to life
  • Source venues, manage logistics, and create memorable, high-touch experiences that spark word of mouth
  • Work with the CEO and leadership team to align event programming with strategic brand moments
  • Track and analyze performance across influencer, PR, and partnership efforts
  • Use insights to iterate strategy and improve impact over time
  • Regularly report learnings and opportunities to the broader growth and content teams

You Might Be a Fit If You…

  • Have 4+ years experience in influencer, partnership, PR, or brand marketing roles
  • Understand the dynamics of the creator economy and earned media inside and out
  • Have managed campaigns across multiple platforms with a focus on both reach and results
  • Know how to land a media story—and what makes it newsworthy
  • Are comfortable planning and executing intimate, impactful brand events
  • Are highly organized and excellent at managing details, relationships, and timelines
  • Thrive in a fast-moving, in-person team culture grounded in purpose
  • Care deeply about ideas, growth, and people—both personally and professionally
  • Have experience in wellness, coaching, education, or purpose-driven brands
  • Have led creator programs or ambassador communities
  • Are personally engaged in personal development or self-discovery
