Immediate need for a talented UI/UX Designer. This is a 17+months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Boston, MA (Onsite). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: $70 - $73.5/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Comfortable working closely with cross-functional teams and plugging information vacuums that exist between them
  • Practice foresight in understanding which stakeholders need to be connected to achieve product goals
  • Continually infuse the voice of users across program decisions
  • Remain attuned to the competitive landscape, staying current on research for customer needs and trends
  • Support defining project requirements, user stories, success metrics and acceptance criteria
  • Be curious about social trends, technology and the economy.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

  • Key Skills; Figma
  • HTML, CSS
  • Experience working on trading applications
  • What we re looking for 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a portfolio that shows off your interface design chops
  • Expert-level skills in Figma and demonstrable experience with the Adobe Creative Suite
  • Ability to work with UI /Front end dev teams to support bringing designs to production
  • A solid grasp of UX principles, interaction design, and product thinking
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team in a hybrid setup
  • A self-starter who s curious, adaptable, and always looking to learn
  • Experience with or an interest in financial services, technology, and emerging tech bonus points if you know your way around trading
  • Great communication skills and a curiosity about storytelling through design
