KPMG is currently seeking a Transformation Director for our Consulting practice.
Responsibilities :
- Leadclient engagements and work streams related to process improvements and operationalanalysis for customer-facing services and functions
- Provideoversight of highly skilled client and KPMG work teams throughout the projectlifecycle and help ensure timely execution of project deliverables
- Applywell-developed consulting skills and in-depth industry and functional knowledgein the execution of assignments
- Establishclient value propositions that tie outcomes and C-Suite focus areas directly tobusiness improvement
- Helplead proposal development and other new business development activities byleveraging existing relationships with C-level executives
- Provideinput into engagement decisions including work plan and timeline, projectmanagement, resource allocation, and career development of staff members
Qualifications :
- Minimumten years of management consulting experience with focus on AdvertisingBusiness Models in the Technology Sector. This should include at least fiveyears of experience leading teams; Project/Program management experience inconsulting is required
- Bachelor'sdegree in a related field from an accredited college/university; MBA ispreferred
- TransformationManagement/ Program Management; Advertising Business Models; deep understandingof pay-per click models, programmatic advertising, targeting, and adoptimization initiatives; Strong background in AI-led transformation is apreferred
- Priorknowledge in facilitating design thinking sessions, conducting analysis againstbenchmarks, producing recommendations, and performing implementations as aresult of analysis and recommendations; Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills
- Abilityto travel extensively and be able to prioritize, delegate, organize, and managemultiple teams and client engagements simultaneously
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
