Job Responsibilities:
- Application of Knowledge: Direct all aspects of the design effort, ensure conformance with project criteria, and coordinate among disciplines.
- Client Management: Serve as the primary client interface, manage client criteria, and maintain positive relationships.
- Construction Support: Oversee design responses to RFI, assist in installations, and track project progress.
- Change Management: Manage scope changes and document impacts on schedule and budget.
- Financial Management: Develop and monitor budgets, fees, and project financial performance.
- Scheduling: Coordinate staff allocation, develop project schedules, and ensure schedule compliance.
- Strategy and Leadership: Participate in proposal strategies, marketing, team leadership, and project management policies.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering.
- 10+ years in a design discipline, including 5 years as a lead designer and 3 years in design management.
Knowledge, Skills, Licenses, Certifications:
- Professional registration or eligibility.
- Skills in client and change management, Microsoft Office, design software, and project management.
- Leadership and negotiation skills; PMP certification preferred.

Physical and Environmental Requirements:
Must have ambulatory skills, ability to lift 10-50 pounds, and perform physical activities such as standing, walking, and manipulating objects. Good hand-eye coordination and visual acuity are required.
