What You’ll Do:
  • Support the setup, launch, and optimization of Facebook, Google, and YouTube ad campaigns for our clients.
  • Help with client onboarding, making sure campaigns align with their goals.
  • Collaborate on ad creative—think copy, visuals, and videos that convert.
  • Track performance, analyze data, and provide weekly insights.
  • Stay up-to-date with platform changes and best practices.
  • Communicate with the team and clients to keep campaigns running smoothly.
Who You Are:
  • A digital ads whiz with 2+ years of experience (agency, freelance, or in-house all welcome!).
  • Comfortable running campaigns across Facebook, Google, and YouTube.
  • Detail-oriented—you double-check your work before it goes live.
  • Great at explaining ad results and strategy to clients (no jargon, please!).
  • Proactive, curious, and a problem-solver—you love figuring out how to make campaigns better.
  • Bonus points if you’ve worked with local service businesses!
