Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required (minimum Associates Degree)
  2. Minimum 1-2 years' previous experience in marketing communications, sales, or marketing
  3. Ability to coordinate multiple priorities & work with multiple persons
  4. Experience working in matrix organizations with multiple distribution channels and influencers
  5. Executing business and marketing strategy for a sizeable business segment
  6. Knowledge or experience with SFDC, LinkedIn, Websites, Paid Search
  7. Creative, highly motivated, and results-oriented with a high-energy level and passion for marketing
  8. Shows good, independent judgment, makes decisions, and commits to a course of action with appropriate fact-based analytics
  9. Willingness and ability to operate "hands on" to get results
  10. Strong writing skills, especially in more technical areas

Responsibilities:

Global Marketing Specialist is accountable for assisting in execution of key marketing strategies, messaging, & promotional plans that focus on customer needs and values for various lines of the business. They will report to the business Global Marketing Director and partner with our sales & product team to support key growth initiatives for key target markets.

  1. Execute established marketing strategies
  2. Work with the sales team to develop key materials for customer interactions (PPTs, Brochures, etc.)
  3. Coordinate tradeshows (primarily US-based) for sales & marketing teams
  4. Execute on collateral and content work, working as liaison with 5+ key agency partners and industry publications and groups
  5. Coordinate process execution for the marketing team including inputting purchase orders with appropriate approvals, managing and pulling key digital metrics, assisting in updating key processes and tracking in a central SharePoint folder
  6. Support in the development of outbound digital marketing tools, including use of SFDC and Marketo (CRM system)

Comments/Special Instructions:

20% travel will include domestic trade shows and events. Person will be expected to be in office 3 days a week, 2 days can be remote.
