Job Description: Marketing & Creative Support

This role provides crucial support to the marketing and creative team, bridging the gap between ideation and realization of marketing initiatives. The position requires working closely with the PR Manager and Brand Image Producer, operating within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Sample Management: Maintain a meticulously organized inventory of marketing samples, documenting all inbound and outbound movements, tracking their location, and coordinating sample gifting.
Warehouse Liaison: Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure the timely availability of samples and packaging materials for marketing campaigns and projects.
Shipping & Logistics: Manage all shipments for the marketing team, guaranteeing prompt and accurate delivery of samples and materials. This includes understanding and utilizing shipping processes.
Sales Team Collaboration: Work with the sales team to fulfill requests for campaign assets and product imagery for sales partners.
Production Support: Provide on-site assistance for marketing photoshoots and support at events as needed.
Photoshoot Coordination: Collaborate closely with the Brand Image Producer to organize and manage all aspects of product imagery shoots, ensuring efficiency and smooth execution from start to finish.

Key Requirements:

Previous experience in the fashion industry, particularly with photoshoots or as a stylist assistant, is highly preferred.
Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail are essential.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across multiple teams are vital.
Knowledge of logistics and shipping processes is a significant advantage.
• A passion for working in a fast-paced, creative, and structured in-house environment is required.
