Job Description: Coordinate and manage marketing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring organized, efficient workflows in a fast-paced environment.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Manage flow of marketing tasks, ensuring timely and efficient execution
Learn and apply detailed operational procedures for workflow optimization
Support multiple teams, manage campaigns, track feedback, and use proprietary systems
Communicate project updates, manage Rally boards, and create status reports
Conduct quality checks on deliverables and summarize marketing metrics for stakeholders
Participate in stand-ups and meetings to align team priorities
Requirements: Must-Haves:
1-2 years of operational experience within traffic or workflow management
Strong multitasking, prioritization, and organizational skills
Ability to track/analyze marketing metrics and provide data insights
Proactive communication, strong interpersonal skills, and adaptability
Must comply with insider trading policies (must not actively trade stocks/options)
Nice-to-Haves:
Familiarity with creative processes and cross-functional collaboration
Experience with Adobe products
Agile methodology experience
