
Day to day social media response
Write, edit and manage content for four websites using existing messages and brand guidelines
Development of PowerPoint presentations for executives and other speakers (internal and external)
Crisis communications during storms and other events to include: social media, assist with message development
Assist in the development of customer education plans
Implementation of tactics in customer education plans including the coordination of direct mail, advertising, bill inserts, web copy, etc.
Relationship management of outside vendors
General research of information (both internal and external)
Qualifications Requirements:
Experience : 2-3 years
Strong writing skills (marketing style writing)
Strong PowerPoint presentation development skills
Strong verbal and written communications skills
Ability to handle many projects simultaneously, quickly re-prioritizing as necessary
Ability to work with both junior team members and senior executives
Team player
Deadline driven
Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments in answering questions on social media
Ability to work at the Edison Place office in Washington, D.C. or the Energy and Technology Center in Newark, Delaware.
Available to handle social media during evenings and weekends if needed during storms or other crisis events
Preferences:
Agency or other related work experience
Experience using content management systems
Experience using Adobe Creative Suite
Creative project management experience
