Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic Senior Interior Designer to join our growing Seattle office and to enhance our Hospitality Market! Who we’re looking for: The ideal candidate is a fun, creative individual who is flexible in collaboration. They should be proactive, take ownership of their projects and daily tasks, and possess strong design skills, especially with established hospitality brands. Experience managing client relationships and strong presentation skills are required. The candidate should also have experience managing a team of designers and working directly with architects on new construction projects. Qualifications
Required Qualifications/Experience: Highly creative with a willingness to push boundaries 8+ years of experience as a Hospitality Interior Designer with diverse client and project backgrounds, including hospitality or multifamily housing design Ability to provide interior design solutions across all project scopes, including space planning, design, drawings, and material selections Proven ability to manage multiple project types and sizes Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with Revit (primary drawing tool) and AutoCAD Desire and ability to mentor junior staff Project management experience is highly preferred Bachelor's degree in Interior Design from a CIDA-accredited university NCIDQ and LEED accreditation are preferred but not required Additional Information
