They answer phones, respond to emails, process sales, and ensure the front desk and lobby are organized. Studio Leads support opening and closing duties, stay updated on policies and pricing, and build rapport with clients and staff.

Work hours include mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional boutique fitness experience to every client.
• Provide excellent customer service upon client arrival and departure.
• Greet and check-in clients professionally.
• Recruit, retain, and address client questions and concerns.
• Sell memberships and class packages in various settings.
• Assist with new sales using the CRM system (AXLE) alongside the General Manager/Owner-Operator.
• Keep the studio clean and organized.
• Process retail sales and restock inventory as needed.
