About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Marketing to spearhead its go-to-market efforts, with a focus on driving brand awareness, ecosystem adoption, and community growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the company's objectives, including brand positioning, go-to-market plans, and growth initiatives. This role demands a leader who can elevate the company's brand within the Web3 ecosystem, collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape messaging, and lead content and ecosystem marketing to turn complex infrastructure concepts into accessible storytelling. The Head of Marketing will also be tasked with building and scaling a high-performing marketing team, overseeing marketing operations, and ensuring cohesive brand execution across all channels.
Applicants for the Head of Marketing position at the company must have a minimum of 7 years' experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably within high-growth tech or Web3 startups. A strong technical marketing background and deep fluency in the Web3 and crypto ecosystem are essential, particularly in the areas of crypto Twitter, validator networks, and builder communities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in performance-driven marketing, experience in leading or contributing to a successful Token Generation Event, and the ability to communicate complex blockchain concepts effectively. Nice-to-haves include experience within the Solana ecosystem and existing relationships in its validator and developer communities, as well as a background in infrastructure, developer tooling, or marketing technical products to builders.
