About the Role

We are looking for a passionate Marketing Director to lead our go-to-market efforts, focusing on enhancing brand awareness, driving ecosystem adoption, and fostering community growth. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for creating and executing a thorough marketing strategy that aligns with our business objectives—encompassing brand positioning, go-to-market initiatives, and growth strategies. As a natural leader, you will elevate our brand within the Web3 ecosystem, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to refine messaging, and drive content and ecosystem marketing that transforms complex infrastructure concepts into compelling narratives.

Key responsibilities include building and developing a high-performing marketing team, overseeing marketing operations, and ensuring consistent brand execution across various channels. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 7 years’ marketing experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably within high-growth tech or Web3 startups. A strong foundation in technical marketing, alongside deep knowledge of the Web3 and crypto landscape—particularly crypto Twitter, validator networks, and builder communities—is crucial. Demonstrated success in performance-driven marketing, alongside experience in orchestrating a successful Token Generation Event and the ability to communicate intricate blockchain concepts effectively, is required.

Desirable qualifications include experience within the Solana ecosystem and established relationships in its validator and developer communities, along with a background in infrastructure, developer tooling, or marketing technical products to builders.
