Tauger Corp, started and owned by Natalie Tauger, is a multi-disciplinary creative studio that specializes in a wide range of artistic projects. With 10+ years in the fashion industry, Tauger Corp has consistently developed across an expanding number of brands, clients, and creative services offered. We are seeking a hard-working and detail-oriented Creative Design Assistant to join our team and play a key role in our design studio. With an exciting mixture of projects — fashion apparel design, product design, editorial layouts, ad creative direction, brand activation, fashion book designs — this role offers an abundance of creative flexibility and exploration.This is a contract-based position with the opportunity to become full-time.

Job Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Procreate, Keynote
• Experience in creating tech-packs for fashion apparel and product merchandise
• Must have fashion experience
• Expert knowledge of silhouette, fit, fabrication, construction, color use, sewing techniques, and trim.
• Energized and excited by working on multiple creative projects at once
• A strong understanding of design principles, with a creative eye for transforming strategic ideas into client-ready presentations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and must be able to manage multiple projects and shift priorities with ease
• Keep current with emerging design trends, technologies, and media, to continually innovate and improve practices
• Collaborate with other artists to bring creative visions to life and adapt designs to best suit the needs of the client
• Passionate, responsible, independent, quick learner, detail-oriented, motivated
