Job Description

Job Title: Insurance Producer

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new business opportunities through networking and outbound sales efforts.
• Identify and pursue emerging markets to support agency growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service.
• Develop customized insurance solutions based on client needs.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, and industry contacts.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License required.
• 2+ years of relevant insurance industry experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a “go-getter” attitude and high energy.
• Proven ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

Compensation Package

• Compensation: Between $50K-$55K+ (based on experience) + commissions
