Job Summary

Reporting to the Store Manager, your main focus as the Assistant Manager is to assist the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations, providing leadership that optimizes sales results. You promote a positive shopping experience for each customer, while leading and inspiring a high-performing team to drive operational efficiency and traffic on the sales floor and through digital platforms. You play an important role in the day-to-day operations of the store, contributing to inventory management, increasing sales and customer satisfaction, and maintaining brand and visual merchandising standards. You also contribute to managing inventory through shipment processing, sales floor replenishment, and eCommerce order fulfillment. You are an integral part of your store's success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; post-secondary education in business or related discipline is an asset.
• 2 years of management experience, preferably in a fashion clothing environment.
• Passion for fashion, outgoing personality, and a commitment to exceptional customer service.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Flexibility, innovation, and a sense of urgency in adapting to changing business environments.
• Ability to promote participation, creativity, and learning within the team.
• Ability to build partnerships and collaborate effectively.
• Social media skills, mobile device proficiency, and knowledge of Microsoft Office or Open-Office.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
