THE IMPACT YOU CAN HAVE:
Manage business and product operations for Ulta Beauty’s retail media network, UB Media, to maximize ad revenue and profitability. Support product operations to improve efficiencies and ROI. Assist with priority project management tied to UB Media business.
YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH ALL OF THIS BY:
- Managing critical business priorities related to operational efficiency and advertising tech stack expansion, including project timelines, requirements, risks, milestones, and communication frameworks.
- Supporting Go-to-Market planning and leading cross-functional deployment with brand partners across ad products.
- Assisting in day-to-day project management of high-priority projects, tracking timelines, milestones, and project status across teams.
- Facilitating smooth product operations and flagging deviations from the product roadmap.
- Supporting process development and go-to-market workflows, proposing improvements to streamline operations.
- Enforcing product readiness and approval processes, including testing and stakeholder involvement based on launch type.
- Managing orchestration across teams for the UB Media Quarterly Newsletter.
- Creating and managing internal SharePoint sites for Product Strategy & Development teams.
- Partnering with Media Operations to support authorization and makegood processes, tracking issues, and coordinating with agency partners.
- Supporting end-to-end delivery of product operations and change management initiatives.
- Assisting in scorecard creation to evaluate and prioritize new offerings, in partnership with the Product Operations lead.
- Creating and updating training resources for new hires in Product Strategy and Development.
- 2-3 years of experience in digital media operations, product operations, or project management.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Understanding of business goals, market dynamics, and product decision impacts.
- Effective communication of complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Defining and tracking KPIs to measure success and identify improvements.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong collaboration skills with internal teams and agency partners.
- Comfort in fast-paced, growing environments, dealing with ambiguity, and focusing on execution.
- Knowledge of digital marketing workflows and product operations is a plus.
The pay range is $57,300 - $75,800 annually, with potential bonuses. Compensation depends on education, experience, location, and organizational needs.
