Job Overview

Digital Media Coordinator – Hybrid (Contract)

Location: Bolingbrook, IL 60440 (Hybrid)

Duration: 6+ months Contract

Pay rate: $18/hr (W2)

Candidate must be local and able to come onsite at least 6 times per month.

Responsibilities

• Support tactical execution of Ulta Beauty’s Retail Media Network.
• Exhibit strong communication, be a self‑starter, and drive efficiency.
• Spearhead all financial processes for UB Media and manage the sales record system (Salesforce).
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Account Management, and other internal teams (Finance).
• Think enterprise‑wide, improve processes, and identify opportunities for improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage monthly financial forecasting for the UB Media team.
• Lead the contracting process with brand partners to bill media campaigns accurately.
• Help develop, roll‑out, and support Salesforce for the UB Media sales team.
• Maintain organization across internal tools such as Salesforce, Advendio, Monday.com, and SharePoint.
• Partner across the organization to compile data, identify, and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Pull reports to support business development and identify opportunities for the UB Media sales team.

Requirements

• BA/BS in Marketing or Business Administration.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in client services or finance and billing related roles.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); Salesforce experience is a plus.
• High attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
• Advanced problem‑solving skills.
• Experience working effectively in both team and independent environments.
• Ability to meet deadlines under tight time constraints.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to operate in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment and manage multiple projects concurrently.
