Salary: $45,000-70,000 plus mileage (Offer depends on experience) / $10,000 Bonus
Schedule: M-F / on call rotation
Required: Clean Background, Valid Driver's License, Board Certification in Music Therapy (MT-BC)

Qualifications
Be the Best Hospice Music Therapist You Can Be
- Bachelor's Degree in Music with a concentration in Music Therapy or equivalent from an AMTA-approved university.
- Reliable automobile, valid driver's license, and minimum state-required auto insurance.
Required Certifications and Licensures
- Board Certified in Music Therapy (MT-BC) by the CBMT.
- Additional qualifications for Level II: 2 years of full-time healthcare experience, highest state licensure if applicable, approved AMTA Intern Supervisor status, and Advanced HPMT certification.
- Additional qualifications for Level III: 5 years of full-time healthcare experience, Master's Degree in Music Therapy or equivalent, highest state licensure if applicable, approved AMTA Intern Supervisor status, and Advanced HPMT certification.
