Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm, plus on-call

Must have Board Certification

Qualifications


Be the Best Hospice Music Therapist You Can Be

  • Bachelor's Degree in Music with a concentration in Music Therapy and/or Music Therapy from an AMTA-approved university (or undergraduate equivalency program approved by AMTA)
  • Reliable automobile, valid driver's license, and minimum state-required auto insurance

Required Certifications and Licensures

  • Board Certified as a Music Therapist (MT-BC) by CBMT; state-specific requirements may apply
  • For Level II Music Therapist: 2 years full-time healthcare experience, highest state licensure if applicable, approved AMTA Intern Supervisor status, and Advanced HPMT certification
  • For Level III Music Therapist: 5 years full-time healthcare experience, Master's Degree in Music Therapy or equivalent, highest state licensure if applicable, approved AMTA Intern Supervisor status, and Advanced HPMT certification
