Responsibilities

  1. Oversee service orders and flow of Drive Lane, ensuring prompt, courteous, and effective service for customers.
  2. Take ownership of the customer's experience by completing additional assignments that leave a positive impression.
  3. Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether by phone or in person, to ensure proper handling.
  4. Ensure the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.
  5. Distribute work efficiently among technicians.
  6. Answer technical questions regarding vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
  7. Maintain the Customer Success Index at or above company standards.
  8. Assist in diagnosing vehicle issues; order parts and tools as needed.
  9. Oversee warranty claims administration and supervise the service department.
  10. Reinforce company policies and adhere to standards.
  11. Encourage compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  12. Maintain good relationships with manufacturers and foster positive employee relations.
