TSMC Arizona seeks a Training Specialist for our 4-nanometer fab in Phoenix. The ideal candidate demonstrates reliability, enthusiasm, and embodies our core values: Integrity, Commitment, Innovation, and Customer Trust.
The Training Promotion Team is responsible for designing, developing, and deploying employee learning content, from New Employee Orientation to Executive Learning and Development.

Job Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and facilitate impactful training courses and programs.
- Coordinate logistics such as scheduling, venue selection, and equipment setup.
- Support employees, managers, and trainers on training-related matters.
- Manage training resources to meet internal learning and business needs.
- Administer LMS SAP, including user education and data integration.
- Analyze training data and results using MS Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data modeling.
- Facilitate training programs for TSMC AZ Fab 21, focusing on system optimization.
- Generate reports, analyze training effectiveness, and recommend improvements.
- Prepare data models in MS Excel for leadership presentations.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
- Knowledge of corporate training systems and data support.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Bi-lingual in Mandarin Chinese and English.
- Strong data analysis, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
- Experience with training systems or tools is a plus.
