We are looking for a highly motivated and responsible full-time Communication Specialist who wants to elevate our performance, managing the full lifecycle of bid opportunities and proposal responses.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of the bid process.
• Research and identify bid opportunities supporting company growth.
• Summarize bid opportunities for senior leadership evaluation.
• Monitor bid opportunities for changes or amendments.
• Ensure compliance with government federal acquisition regulations.
• Draft responses, make final edits, and prepare submissions.
• Own the proposal development process for timely, compliant, and compelling responses.
• Collaborate with division leaders to create solutions.
• Manage bid responses and supporting files electronically.
• Identify potential liabilities in bids.
• Coordinate with bid production support to ensure professional responses.
• Follow up with agencies to confirm receipt of submissions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 3+ years experience writing bid responses for government contracts (preferred).
• Self-starter with initiative.
• Professional, clear speaking voice and medical terminology knowledge.
• Ability to work independently and responsibly.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Attention to detail and high-quality work standards.
• Strong organizational and task management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Adobe.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Meet deadlines with a positive attitude.
