Key Responsibilities

• Autonomously generate large volumes of content across multiple platforms with minimal guidance
• Create impactful content that engages consumers, measured by high attention metrics
• Analyze real-time responses to adapt content strategies
• Collaborate with team members and cross-functional departments on quick turnaround requests
• Participate in creative brainstorms and team meetings, contributing ideas and strategies
• Mentor other creators and team members on best practices and execution

Experience / Knowledge

• 3-5 years of professional creative experience across various media platforms
• Proficiency in DSLR videography/photography, Final Cut, After Effects, Google Docs, Word, Adobe Suite, Canva
• Strong content creation skills from concept to completion
• Self-motivated, responsible, and collaborative

Base Salary: $57,500 — $75,000 USD
