Minimum Qualifications...

Candidates must have:

• Bachelor's Degree in business or a related field with 1 year of experience in an industrial maintenance environment, supervising and developing managers/supervisors, managing workload, and participating in hiring/promotion, OR
• Associate's Degree or technical certification in a related field with similar experience, OR
• 1 year experience as a Walmart Logistics Maintenance Area Manager, OR
• 3 years supervisory or managerial experience in a maintenance/industrial environment.

All associates must complete required training programs.

Preferred Qualifications...

Preferred skills include experience in facility maintenance, financial modeling, workforce management, material handling, budgeting, project management, recruiting, talent development, and relevant degrees in business, finance, logistics, or management.
