Position Summary

What you'll do

• Communicate with individuals or groups verbally and in writing, e.g., customers, suppliers, associates.
• Drive and implement the business plan to achieve facility goals such as production, quality, and safety.
• Forecast and manage staffing, workload, and performance to meet business demands.
• Monitor and control financial aspects, including expenses, asset utilization, and business reports.
• Ensure compliance with logistics, quality, and safety standards through developing and maintaining procedures.
• Address associate, customer, and supplier concerns using judgment or consultation.
• Supervise and develop associates and leaders, providing feedback, training, and growth opportunities.
• Oversee maintenance operations, ensuring equipment and building systems are properly maintained and compliant with regulations.
• Promote a respectful and inclusive workplace, building strong relationships and motivating teams.
• Attract, develop, and retain talent, recognizing contributions and fostering a culture of belonging.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in business or related field plus 1 year of experience in industrial maintenance supervision, evaluation, mentoring, and development, or equivalent experience in a related supervisory role, or 3 years of supervisory experience in a maintenance or industrial environment. All candidates must complete required training and assessments.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in facility maintenance, financial modeling, workforce management, material handling equipment, budgeting, P&L management, project management, recruiting, talent development, and relevant degrees such as Business, Finance, Logistics, or Operations Management.
