$85,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr

Your Responsibilities
- Live our Vision, Values, and Beliefs daily.
- Develop visual merchandising plans with Gallery Leadership and RH Visual teams.
- Collaborate with internal partners to drive sales and ensure standards are met.
- Train gallery teams on merchandise, signage, and maintenance.
- Communicate RH’s design philosophy and product range.
- Drive results through team engagement, empowerment, and accountability.
Our Requirements
- 5+ years of leadership and visual experience in luxury retail.
- Proven ability to adapt to change and deliver results positively.
- Strong communication skills in writing and speaking.
- Self-motivated learner with curiosity.
- Leadership skills with strategic thinking and team motivation experience.
- Ability to foster a positive, high-quality work environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Physical Requirements
- Lift and move items up to 30 lbs with proper techniques.
- Navigate effectively around the gallery, stockroom, and office.
- Prolonged standing, twisting, kneeling, and climbing.
