Base pay range $85,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr

Your Responsibilities Live our Vision, Values, and Beliefs daily.
Develop visual merchandising plans with Gallery Leadership and RH Visual teams.
Collaborate with internal partners to drive sales and ensure standards are met.
Train gallery teams on merchandise, signage, and maintenance.
Communicate RH’s design philosophy and product range.
Drive results through team engagement, empowerment, and accountability.
Our Requirements 5+ years of leadership and visual experience in luxury retail.
Proven ability to adapt to change and deliver results positively.
Strong communication skills in writing and speaking.
Self-motivated learner with curiosity.
Leadership skills with strategic thinking and team motivation experience.
Ability to foster a positive, high-quality work environment.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Physical Requirements Lift and move items up to 30 lbs with proper techniques.
Navigate effectively around the gallery, stockroom, and office.
Prolonged standing, twisting, kneeling, and climbing.
