About the Role

The Company is seeking a Head of Influencer Marketing to take on a strategic leadership role in building and scaling its influencer program. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving measurable business impact through influencer partnerships and innovation, setting clear goals and targets for the business, and leading a team to achieve these objectives. This role demands a builder with a proven track record in influencer marketing, strong analytical and negotiation skills, and the ability to identify and capitalize on emerging marketing channels. The Head of Influencer Marketing will also be tasked with developing and executing a comprehensive influencer strategy, managing program budgets, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to drive business initiatives. Applicants for the Head of Influencer Marketing position at the company should have a minimum of 6 years of professional marketing experience, with a focus on influencer marketing. The role requires a candidate with a solid understanding of affiliate marketing, influencer behavior, and experience in digital media, tech, and partnerships. Basic qualifications include a Bachelor's degree, experience in team management, and a proven ability to use data and metrics to drive improvements.
