Responsibilities

  • Scripting and storyboarding
  • Photography (general, portraits, products, etc.)
  • On-site video shoots
  • Client communication for pre- and post-production
  • Video editing in Adobe Premiere Pro
  • VFX in Adobe After Effects
  • Color correction, grading, sound design
  • Controlling lighting, video, and audio during shoots
  • Providing creative direction
  • Editing content for social media

Requirements

  • Robust portfolio or video reel demonstrating your skills
  • Detail-oriented with ownership of your work
  • Familiarity with various video/audio formats
  • Experience with camera operation (exposure, shutter speed, aperture, ISO, frame rate)
  • Ability to adapt skills across different creative directions
  • Comfort in directing clients and internal teams
  • Initiative, adaptability, and problem-solving skills
  • BONUS: Knowledge of YouTube & video metadata for SEO

As a senior videographer, collaborate with approximately 50 copywriters, digital marketers, graphic designers, videographers, front-end developers, and programmers to fulfill our mission: Improving the Economy One Business at a Time with Profit Generating Websites. Our team also includes server admins and onsite technicians who double as in-house IT. See photos of the team. We have a history of direct relationships with small businesses before website marketing became widespread. Now, as a full-service marketing agency, we place more radio and podcast ads than anyone in Wisconsin. As our clients grow, we collaborate with in-house teams that are digitally literate. The next phase of our growth emphasizes ownership mindset and culture fit. We seek a self-starter who enjoys engaging with successful clients and colleagues daily.
