Established audio video (A/V) reseller and integration firm, Visionality, is seeking A/V commissioning and support staff to accommodate growth. Headquartered in Texas, Visionality is a leading supplier of audio/visual and video communications systems in the Southwest. The rapid growth of installed A/V systems drives exponential growth in the company, leading us to expand our post-sales technical staff with dedicated personnel. Position Description:

The A/V Technician provides post-sales support for audio visual integration, configuration, and commissioning, as well as escalated support for established A/V systems.

This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned Lead Installer with commissioning experience to grow their career!

The successful candidate will have experience in:

• Telephone and onsite support of established A/V systems.
• Configuration and commissioning of A/V systems ranging from single-room setups to complex, multi-room, high-end operation centers.
  • Extensive experience with Crestron programming/commissioning, Biamp/QSC DSP setup and commissioning, and go-live techniques for major vendor endpoints.
• Experience with AV over IP, HDBaseT, Dante, AVB, and other industry-standard transport protocols.
• Experience with installed conferencing (voice and video) systems, council chambers, and multi-room campus-wide systems.
• Experience with wired and wireless microphone technologies, including permanent installations.
• Project coordination, communication, and onsite close-out with project managers.
• Technical customer support experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, with excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor, representing the company positively to clients.
• Infocomm certification; CTS minimum, CTS-D/I a plus.
• Crestron certifications including DMC-E, DM-NVX, Crestron P201 or higher.
• Certifications in Biamp (TesiraForte), Shure (MXW and ISC), Dante (Audinate), and QSC (Q-Sys level 1).
• Experience with Cisco, Polycom, Lifesize, and other videoconferencing endpoints.
• Experience with Crestron, AMX, Extron, Kramer, and major vendor devices (Panasonic, NEC, Samsung, Da-Lite).
• Proficiency with Visio, Stardraw, or similar CAD software.
• Knowledge of terminating and maintaining AV connectors and cables (XLR, DVI, HDMI, 3.5mm, RCA, DB-9, etc.).
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a diverse team.
• Capable of working within strict deadlines.
• Willing and able to travel 50-75%, primarily in-state or in Oklahoma.
• Ability to pass background checks at various levels.

Salary is commensurate with education, experience, and certification level.
