Participate in client presentations, interviews, and project pitches. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in higher education. Maintain strong client relationships and industry connections. Stay updated with trends in campus design, sustainability, and learning environments.
Essential Skills
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture. NCIDQ certification required. 8+ years of professional experience with a strong portfolio in higher education. Proven ability to lead projects and manage client relationships. Proficiency in Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design tools. Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Passion for higher education or healthcare environments. Strong interest in business development. WELL accreditation is a plus. Experience in project management and interior design.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $43.26 - $50.48/hr.
