Supervision and Direction

The Assistant Community Manager receives direction from the Site Manager and coordinates daily activities accordingly.

Requirements

  • Ensure tenants receive prompt, courteous, and quality service, including immediate acknowledgment and reporting of complaints to the Community Manager.
  • Assist the Community Manager with recertifications, inspections, and maintenance oversight.
  • Greet site visitors and residents.
  • Assist with rent collection, record keeping, and banking trips.
  • Possess a valid driver’s license and maintain an acceptable driving record for site errands.
  • Maintain files on maintenance, equipment, and building data.
  • Assist with purchasing supplies and maintaining administrative records.
  • Support site activities such as events and recreation.
  • Attend mandatory meetings and seminars.
  • Communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing, with basic arithmetic skills.
  • Have access to reliable vehicle transportation for errands.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Site Manager or TMAM Management.
