Position Summary

The School of Medicine, Office of Faculty Affairs and Career Development, is seeking a highly motivated professional with excellent editing and writing skills. The responsibilities include preparing, assembling, editing, and formatting Promotion & Tenure Posters for School of Medicine Faculty.

Qualifications

  • Exceptional editing skills
  • Superb analytical, project management, and organizational skills
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Proficiency in creating or editing marketing materials such as correspondence, flyers, brochures, newsletters, and promotion posters

Technical Skills

Proficient and familiar with:

  • Computer usage with emphasis in Excel, Access, Word, Smartsheet, Outlook

Conditions of Employment and Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities. Degrees from an accredited institution above the minimum education requirement may substitute for experience on a year-for-year basis.
