Overview

The School of Medicine, Office of Faculty Affairs and Career Development is seeking a highly motivated professional with excellent editing and writing skills. The responsibilities include preparing, assembling, editing, and formatting Promotion & Tenure Posters for School of Medicine Faculty.

Responsibilities

  • Exceptional editing skills
  • Superb analytical, project management and organizational skills
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Proficiency creating or editing marketing materials such as correspondence, flyers and brochures, newsletters, and promotion posters

Required Proficiencies

  • Proficient with computer usage with emphasis in Excel, Access, Word, Smartsheet, Outlook

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor\'s degree; at least 3 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified. Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
