JTM Digital, a leading digital marketing agency based in Rockville, Maryland, is hiring a Marketing Analyst! We work with clients nationwide to deliver innovative marketing solutions. Job Duties: Collaborate with your manager to create and manage social media content aligned with brand strategy Assist with planning and executing digital marketing campaigns Monitor, analyze, and interpret data metrics, providing insights and recommendations Conduct market research and contribute to data reporting Brainstorm creative marketing strategies with the team Engage with social media followers and respond to inquiries Perform ad-hoc tasks such as photo and poster edits as needed Requirements: Knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, RED, etc.) Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Basic knowledge of data visualization, analytics, and reporting Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Preferred Skills: Experience with social media marketing (preferred) Basic photo and video editing skills (preferred) Strong data analysis and problem-solving abilities (preferred) Benefits: We offer a competitive hourly rate and a variety of perks, including: Tuition reimbursement credits for internships (confirm with your college) Opportunities for career growth and development Access to training programs A fun, collaborative work environment fostering creativity and teamwork OPT or CPT support for international students Job Type: Monday to Friday Internship: 20-40 hours/week, 3-month term with potential for full-time offer Full-time: 40 hours/week Hybrid role: 2 days a week in our Rockville, MD office Interested?
