We are seeking a seasoned administrative assistant with strong writing and marketing skills. This remote part-time role offers a competitive salary of up to $25/hr. Responsibilities include: Writing marketing copy based on various bank job descriptions Coordinating mailing pieces between our ATS and Constant Contact Sending candidacy status update requests to candidates Emailing financial institutions nationwide regarding potential candidates based on job family Performing various administrative functions Attending virtual team meetings Responding to bank/credit union candidate inquiries Performing other duties as needed Who Are You?
