Job Description
Provide high-level, strategic and forward moving administrative support to the CEO and leadership team while driving brand awareness and engagement across social media platforms and other proposed marketing channels.
Administrative Support
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, travel, and meeting logistics
- Prepare documents, presentations, and internal communication
- Coordinate weekly, monthly and quarterly internal project timelines with accurate status updates
- Maintain files, organize digital assets, and manage email filtering within SharePoint and Microsoft Office Suite
- Assist with onboarding materials, training events, and/or special projects as needed
Social Media & Marketing Campaigns
- Create, schedule and manage engaging content across platforms (TikTok, IG, FB, LinkedIn)
- Design graphics, write captions, and manage brand tone consistent with Founder’s vision
- Track SEO, content performance analytics and suggest content pivots to grow audience engagement and boost social traffic to increase product sales
- Capture behind-the-scenes footage, facility upgrades, food features, and staff culture to showcase company growth, professionalism and white-glove service standards
- Respond to messages, monitor engagement, and grow the follower base across all social platforms
- Create, monitor and support paid ad strategy and local event marketing campaigns
Requirements:Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proactive communicator — comfortable and confident with executive leadership interaction
- 2+ years of experience in office setting
- Creative storyteller with good design instincts (Canva, CapCut, etc.)
- Social media savvy — especially for hospitality/catering
- Strong writing skills (tone that reflects Iacofano’s values)
