We are seeking a highly organized, friendly, and dependable Office Manager / Website Content Manager to join our team. This hybrid role combines front-desk responsibilities with administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth daily operation of our office. You’ll be the first point of contact for inquiries and vendors—both in person and over the phone—while also overseeing the organization and coordination of office operations, procedures, and resources.

Key Responsibilities

Inbound Contact Management

  • Greet and welcome inbound prospects, customers and visitors professionally and warmly
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls and emails
  • Manage scheduling, appointments, and inbound requests
  • Follow-up with clients as needed

Office Management & Administrative Support

  • Maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and shipments
  • Organize office records, files, and contracts (physical and digital)
  • Monitor office expenses and assist with budget tracking

Website Content Management

  • Maintain HYDRATE’s online product catalog as new models are added to inventory
  • Continually improve client messaging online with input from sales and service teammates
  • Add resources, as needed, to help online shopping
