Do you want to work for a Championship organization? We have the job for you! We are seeking a highly skilled Audience Lifestyle Strategist to join the Miami Heat. As an Audience Lifecycle Strategist, you'll support targeted growth initiatives by identifying key fan segments and delivering insights to guide CRM and marketing strategies. In partnership with the email & automation and paid media teams, you'll supply actionable audience analysis, segmentation frameworks, and journey recommendations to enhance fan engagement, identify new audience opportunities, and drive revenue across ticketing and retail. You will report to the senior manager of growth strategy. This is a data-savvy, strategy-focused role at the intersection of fan intelligence and lifecycle marketing.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

The following are examples of typical responsibilities, though the position may involve additional duties:

  • Audience Segmentation & Journey Mapping - Develop fan segments using behavioral, transactional, and demographic data. Define audience personas and their journeys to support personalized outreach across lifecycle stages
  • Strategic Support for CRM Execution - Partner with other teams by providing segmentation logic, fan insights, and strategic campaign inputs. Recommend target audiences for campaigns, product pushes, and promotions
  • Insight-Driven Growth Strategy - Analyze first-party data to identify new untapped fan cohorts, dormant users, or high-conversion segments. Translate findings into actionable recommendations that impact ticket and retail revenue
  • Lifecycle Journey Development - Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to propose high-value journeys (e.g., onboarding, seasonal engagement, product drop nurturing). Focus on “what to say to whom and when”—not execution
  • Performance Monitoring & Optimization - Track fan engagement KPIs and evaluate the performance of target segments in ongoing lifecycle campaigns. Suggest refinements for future iterations and A/B test planning

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or related field.
  • Experience: 1–3 years in marketing strategy, data analytics, CRM, or fan engagement.
  • Technical:
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and lifecycle strategy (execution handled by others).
  • Experience with data tools (Excel, GA4, Looker, or similar) and segmentation logic.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Strong communicator with analytical rigor.
  • Business-minded and proactive with a curiosity for fan behavior
