Summary: Do you enjoy cleaning and making things look new again? Do you enjoy helping others? A Content Cleaning Specialist at SERVPRO cleans and restores property after damage from fire, water, smoke, mold, or sewage. They also assist our Cleaning and Production Technicians in the field to clean and restore property at job sites as needed. We have a sincere drive toward the goal of helping make fire and water damage Like it never even happened! We are a family-owned, veteran-run company with a welcoming and energetic culture.

Responsibilities:

• Clean, restore, and deodorize contents and property
• Take pictures of contents before and after washing/cleaning
• Help with assessments and restoration plans of contents and property
• Communicate with clients about concerns and the restoration process
• Report safety hazards and job site findings to supervisors
• Maintain clear and efficient communication with clients, managers, crew chiefs, and technicians
• Understand water, smoke, and mold removal procedures and equipment used (training provided)
• Perform light office cleaning as needed

Physical and Work Environment Requirements: Constant walking, standing for long periods, working with hands, lifting objects/property, and using industry-related software to track jobs and progress.

Working Hours: Full-time, 40+ hours/week, Monday to Friday, between 7:00 am - 7:00 pm. Longer hours and travel may be required based on business needs.
