Key Responsibilities

• Carefully pack clients' personal property, detail clean contents, and inventory items. Respond promptly to emergencies like water and fire damage.
• Assist in restoration activities, including water extraction, fire damage repair, equipment setup, and demolition.
• Load, inventory, and maintain work vehicles with tools, equipment, and supplies.
• Communicate safety hazards, job site findings, and equipment needs with supervisors.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, addressing concerns and explaining the restoration process.

Position Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Willingness to work occasional on-call shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Experience in restoration, construction, or related fields preferred
• IICRC certification is a plus but not required

Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies

• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds regularly, up to 100 pounds with assistance
• Ability to climb ladders, work at heights, and in tight spaces
• Repetitive pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying of objects
• Ability to work with cleaning agents
