Job Opening: Content Marketing Specialist

We're looking for a driven and creative individual to join our team, focusing on omnichannel content marketing, product information management, and brand storytelling. The ideal candidate for this position is a tech-savvy self-starter who is passionate about creating great content.

As one of the leading providers of bowed string instruments and accessories in the U.S., Fiddlershop offers a collaborative and creative environment. Our workshop, warehouse, showroom, and offices are all located in Pompano Beach, Florida (about 30-40 minutes north of Miami).

Duties and Responsibilities

• Together with management team, develop and manage content calendar
• Create clear, engaging, and consistent content for a variety of platforms, and marketing campaigns designed to cultivate customer relationships and drive action
• Ensure grammatical accuracy, message clarity, and a consistent style and voice across all content
• Assist in managing product listings over multiple sales channels, to ensure product information accuracy
• Implement strategies to strengthen online store SEO
• Keep up with industry trends and how to utilize these best in your daily job

Requirements

• You have a natural talent for creating great content that will catch the customers attention, both in writing, and through illustrations
• Tech savvy, with basic knowledge of web design best-practices, and SEO
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
• Ability to think quickly and perform problem solving tasks, sometimes in uncertain conditions
• Passionate about music
• Authorization to work in America (Green Card / DHS Authorization)
